You will complete a 3-day food and lifestyle diary, recording what you normally eat, drink and do to give me an idea of your daily life. This is non-judgemental and completely confidential and helps me put together a personalised plan containing alternatives that should work to help you learn what fuel your body needs before and after exercise to help you feel your best. No restrictive diet-plans or fad diets, small sustainable changes whilst maximising taste and enjoying food.
