Since then we've loved baking the healthier alternatives that are always being shared on the NutriCoach pages. If you’re looking for a nutritionist, I’d recommend NutriCoach!! A couple of months ago I noticed I was feeling tired a lot and discovered my iron level was low when I went to donate blood. I contacted Lizzi from NurtiCoach who provided me with a diet and vitamin plan. She was super friendly and very knowledgeable about which foods provided iron, and also ones that would help me absorb iron quicker. I’m confident I’ll be able to donate blood on my next visit.
